The glory and grandeur of God is seen
In stellar artistry;
No one is deaf to the voices pristine
That sound His majesty.
The fringes of His ways we barely grasp,
While He does more than we can think or ask.
By Holy Breath the heavens were made fair;
By Him they gained their draw.
He made them marvelous so He could share
His delight in it all.
Even we, who so deeply marred by sin,
Are for Him made to be delighted in.
From glory to glory, as in a glass
We look upon our face;
He shows us that from death to life we’ve passed
And helps us run the race.
The delight of the Third in Trinity
Is fitting us for life eternally.
